UX Research
The team conducted multiple interviews and performed observations, delving in how people work with each other in creative maker spaces.
We set up a projector on our studio ceiling and led co-design sessions with people, projecting both the Procession software but also Wizard-of-Oz prototypes (using Miro).
During our Co-Design sessions we saw people would still use their cell phones, which went against the objective to move away from screens. This sparked new possibilities: How Might We add more generative and visual capabilities for Procession?
Concept Refinement
After seeing positive reactions and to maximise the value using projection onto space while working with creative teams, we began honing into the possibility of “generative” and “visualization” aspects.
Finalized Prototype
First Scenario: Procession helps visualize and communicate your ideas.
Second Scenario: Procession helps you brainstorm with peers.
Third Scenario: Save your work with a gestural screenshot.
Fourth Scenario: Sync with your teammates that are both present but also virtual.
