Some of the words that came from the survey describing how people felt when they finally found an item that was previously lost was “relief” or “joy” — emotions I wanted to capture in the UI.

Some of the words that came from the survey describing how people felt when they finally found
an item that was previously lost was “relief” or “joy” — emotions I wanted to capture in the UI.

It was important for me to maintain playfulness and pull in elements of the physicality of luggage/air
travel and translate that into the UI, for example in this Logged Off vs. Logged On state.
